FIXED - EFX (and others) If I cancel the login, button stays on STOP (red) and retries.

FIXED - HISTORICAL CHARTS - Changed text when no data. Added button to configure Hist BF source
FIXED - HISTORICAL CHARTS - yahoo hist. backfill was not handling dates below 1970 correctly
FIXED - INTRADAY CHARTS - Problem with half days in futures timeframes
